HPE vLabs extended access promotion (“Promotion”)
- This Promotion runs from Apr 1, 2023 – Dec 31, 2024 (inclusive).
- This Promotion is open to all students who take eligible courses during the Promotion period.
- Participants agree that the participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms (“Terms”).
- The offer under this Promotion is limited to a single user only and is non-transferable.
- The Promotion applies to ILT (instructor led training) and VILT (virtual instructor led training) only—eLearning is not included in this Promotion.
- The participants must complete the eligible course before the end of the Promotion period (i.e. midnight on December 31, 2024).
- The participants must use their existing login credentials provided to them during their class to access the benefits in this Promotion. The login credentials may not be shared with others.
- The participants are granted thirty (30) days extended lab access from the start date of their eligible class.
- There is no access to the instructor after the last day of class. Support is available for HPE vLabs access only.
- HPE may modify or discontinue any and all aspects of this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Participant agrees to be responsible for any and all state, federal or other taxes that apply.
- This Promotion is not available with any other HPE Services offers.
- This Promotion shall be void where prohibited or restricted by law. Other restrictions may apply.
- Participants reserve the right to reject the awards in this Promotion for any reason.
- Hewlett Packard Enterprise, shall not be liable for, and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, you shall release and hold Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees harmless from, any and all losses or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in this Promotion.
- This Promotion is governed by these Terms and the local country HPE Services Terms and Conditions. To the extent there is any conflict between these Terms and the local country HPE Services Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall take precedence for the purposes of this Promotion.
- Participants agree that they are familiar with the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”) and other similarly applicable legislation, and shall not in connection with participation in the Program make any payment or transfer anything of value to, offer, promise or give a financial or other advantage to, or request or agree to receive or accept a financial or other advantage from, either directly or indirectly: any government official or employee (including employees of a government corporation or public international organization), political party, or candidate for public office; or to any other person with an intent to obtain or retain business or gain an improper business advantage.
- HPE, its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents and any and all internet servers and access provider(s) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions or defects of computer systems or websites utilized in the Program, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; data processing that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost; and any entries that are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated or illegible. Submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading information in connection with the Promotion may result in adverse actions including, but not limited to, in disqualification from this Promotion, future HPE programs, and civil or criminal liability to the submitter. HPE reserves the right to audit information provided in registration and the supporting documentation for all claims made under this Promotion.
HPE Discover Barcelona VILT training offer
- This promotion runs from November 20, 2024 – April 30, 2025 (inclusive).
- During the promotion period, customers who purchase a seat for an eligible class will receive one other seat for free for the same class.
- The promotion applies to the VILT (virtual instructor-led training) classes available here: https://education.hpe.com/ww/en/training/schedule.html. Class must be booked and taken before the end of the promotion period (i.e., April 30, 2025). To register for a class, students must call their local HPE Education Services contact and use promo code BCN2024EDU100. The promo code can be used more than once, but for each redemption the two places must be on the same course.
- This promotion is open to all HPE Discover Barcelona attendees. Public Sector entities and their employees are ineligible for this Program. The following are “Public Sector entities”: Any national, regional, local, or other government agency or department; any public international organization; royal families; candidates for public office and political parties; and any entity that is owned or controlled by any of the foregoing. In the United States, HPE also considers all private and public K-12 educational institutions and libraries to be “Public Sector entities”.
- Customers agree that the participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms (“Terms”).
